The system was developed by teams working in the US, India and the UK with design and project management centred in the UK.

o         The Financial Services Authority (FSA) – managed the services to support the purchase and subsequent deployment of $1M+ software and services solution to the FSA. The resulting project delivered a core data warehouse which formed the basis for subsequent development by the FSA.

o         The Congestion Charging Project – worked closely with Capita and Transport for London (TfL) to turn around the delivery of the Business Intelligence (BI) component of the congestion charging project, an integral part of the SLA reporting, between Capita and TfL. Close cooperation between Capita, Cognos and TfL ensured successful delivery of this component.

o         Boehringer Ingelheim – worked with the corporate marketing team, at Boehringer Ingelheim Head Office in Germany, to deliver a performance management and reporting solution. This was achieved through a series of business workshops which delivered a working pilot solution which was then further developed and refined by Boehringer, becoming an integral part of the knowledge management solution being deployed.

o         HSBC Investment Bank – designed and architected a data warehouse for a global investment bank to consolidate revenue from equities and derivatives trading, with the objective of integrating these with both the banks standing data and PeopleSoft CRM solution.
